He has more than 3 decades of experience serving in different capacities in the real estate market.

Under his visionary leadership skills, the company has scaled many levels of growth and is today positioned as one of the foremost authority on real estate in India.

With a single-minded approach, he has been taking crucial, yet timely decisions that have accelerated progress without compromising on ethics and quality. He is the visionary figure behind all the meticulous planning & consistent magnificence that can be seen across all diverse projects.

Mr. Onkar Wani

Director

Onkar is the full-time Director of the company and oversees the entire operations of the business with his father, Shri Vrundavan Wani. He has built significant strategic competencies in the business with this life-long association in the real estate field. He is instrumental in managing all the construction activities on and off the field. He has also handled project commercial and sales.

Onkar has a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. He is currently pursuing an MS course in Australia to strengthen his foundational knowledge of real estate development and study international trends that dominate the global property development landscape. After the completion of the course, he will continue adding new milestones of success with his contributions to the company.
